Just a few snapshots form an amazing mini weekend getaway to Eagle Lake, Central Cascades – Washington. We left early Saturday morning, got to the trailhead around 8:30 and knocked out the 2 miles in to the lake and picked ourselves a great campsite right next to the lake, (there is a cabin there, with a fireplace, but it was already occupied) we set up all of our tents, got camp situated and then spent the rest of the day wandering around the lake. The guys did a little fishing and the girls made wildflower crowns and soaked in the warm and sweet pacific northwest sunshine. We ended the day with dinner cooked over the fire, relaxing and listening to music as the night winded down. Laughter, stories and all around good times were shared amongst everyone!
